This mod improve the efficiency of the standard heatsink on the mobo. It helps when trying to achieve high fsb’s and can improve stability. Note there is no chipset temperature on the K7S5A, the board has the capacity for 3 but only two are connected.

It's easy. remove it by twisting the heatsink. The clean the sink and chipset from all the leftbehinds. Now apply a thin layer of thermal paste (mostely white). Remove a little bit on the corners (the edges dont need to be glued). now put a little drop of superglue on the corners of the chipset. press the heatsink onto it, within a few seconds you wont be able to get it back off. and voila. you might consider afterwards of putting a fan ontop of the heatsink.
