Coolermaster is well known for its heatsinks for AMD and Intel processors. In this region, we usually see coolmaster heatsinks being sold as a bundle. Hyper 6 is definitely a change as it is sold as an individual heatpipe targeting the gamers and those who wish to have a silent system.

This new 6 pipe heatsink uses 100% copper fins for full conductivity. It also comes with a fan with adjustable fan speed to cool the system. This heatpipe also supports for the K8 Athlon 64 and the existing P4 CPUs.

The Package

The package comes with a fan which can be attached to the heatpipe for better performance. There is also a retention unit which must be used to replace the K8 retention kit. Screws, clips, thermal paste and an installation manual is provided.
