Introduction

The ASUS EAH2900XT 512MB Graphics is ASUS's ATi Radeon HD 2900XT solution for high definition DX10 graphics card. Featuring the latest ATi HD Radeon 2900XT GPU, this card makes pictures more realistic with its support of DX10 and SM4.0.

The card consists of 512MB GDDR3 512bits memory interface and is powered by the Radeon HD 2900XT GPU. The GPU clk is rated at 743 and memory clk at 828. That is 743/1656. The card is also HDCP compliant, this allows decoding of protected HD-DVD/BluRay titles with accompanying LCD TVs. HDTV display is also greatly enhanced with AVIVO HD with UVD reducing CPU utilisation. Although based on the reference design, this card sports some differences in the packaging.
