These two new ITX boards are being used by vendors to develop small form factor PCs or home media server. From the brochure we see, Intel's own D201GLY mainboard uses this chipset for long cost, full featured functions for system building.

AMD with Gigabyte also has this home media server with a SIS 761GX/SiS 966 inside.
