Introduction

The 8800GTX is the first DX10 product to make it into the market. Despite its high price, many readers are stunned by its performance levels. Although it is the fastest card right now, its price is beyond most consumers.

ECS understands that with the newly launched MS Vista will generate a deamand for such cards, thus the 320M edition of the popular 8800GTS.

The new card uses the same GeForce 8800 GTS core as the N8800GTS-640MX, but provides 320MB of memory instead of 640MB. It has a core speed of 500MHz, 1.6GHz memory clock
and GDDR3 with 320-bit memory interface.

As with the entire GeForce 8800 Series, the ECS N8800GTS-320MX supports DirectX 10, Open GL 2.0 and Shader Model 4.0 and features a powerful unified architecture that delivers incredibly true-to-life gaming. The N8800GTS-320MX has 96 shader processors at 1200MHz, giving the card a theoretical texture fill rate of 24 billion texels per second, still one of the highest rates on the market. Innovation like this means more shadows and textures for increased realism, HDR rendering and the ability to power through games at record speeds. Dual DVI-I supports all displays for the ultimate viewing experience.

The N8800GTS-320MX graphics card carries a full arsenal of NVIDIA’s newest graphics utilities and features such as GigaThread™ Technology, Lumenex™ engine, and Quantum Effects™ Technology. The NVIDIA Lumenex™ engine drives the 16x anti-aliasing, 128-bit floating point HDR (high-dynamic range), fast frame rates and the highest resolutions currently supported on the market. Go ahead, bring your gaming experience up to a new level, or relax with your latest movies on HD DVD or Blu-ray™ disc with NVIDIA’s PureVideo HD technology.
