Bluetooth 13 Aug 2009

BIOS 1

The screen shots are taken with board installed with a Intel Core i5 750 processor (2.66GHz).

The is main page showing the processor & memory information, how the DDR3 running at what speed. Under CPU EZ OC Setting, you can pick the pre configured settings of up to 4.2GHz for this processor. Do take note that these settings changes the voltage levels applied to the CPU for overclocking it to higher speeds. IES can be enabled and Good Night LED can be enabled too.
BCLK can be set from 133-200MHz, PCI Freq can be set from 100-150MHz. CPU Ratio can be increase to 20x and turbo is 21x You can select the QPI Freq. Auto, 7.2 or 6.4 can be selected.

The same applies for EZ OC setting for Memory. You can select the DDR3 setting. This also correspond a change in the BCLK. For example if DDR3-2000 is selected, the BCLK will be set to 200MHz. You will need to lower the CPU multiplier and adjust different voltage levels to make it run smoothly. It is actually overclocking. You can choose to customise the ram timings or just let it automatically select the XMP values.

For DRAM Dreq, you can choose to run it in ASync mode of DDR3-1200 or DDR3-1600 (in this case for the core i5 750 processor)
