Exclamation Big problem with AsRock x58 Extreme

All the hardware is new.

MB: ASROCK X58 Extreme
CPU: I7-920 2.66GHZ SOCK 1366
RAM: DDR3 1333Mhz PC10666 6GB Corsair XMS3 (3x2GB)
GPU: NVIDIA GAINWARD GTX 460 1GB DDR5
AUDIO: CREATIVE X-Fi TITANIUM PCI-E
CASE: LC-POWER PRO-920BL
PSU: LC-POWER Metatron LC-8700 HYPERION 700W
HD: SEAGATE BARRACUDA 7200.12 1TB SATA2

From the the first start I had this problem:
When computer is botting I have one beep and then 8 short beeps. LED display show me "00" code what it means:
"passess control to OS Loader (typically INT19h)"
when I reset CMOS - then the beeps are the same but on the LED: "85" code what it means:
"display error for the user and gets the user response for error"
now... when i reset computer one more time, beeps are the same and LED showing 00 from the first example.
Please help, what I can do? I try to "reslot" my video card on every port and nothing, I also try another card (working card)... I 've done a clear CMOS, unplugged all from motherboard and it's the same problem...What I can do more?

Is it working right now?
Clean the golden contacts using an eraser.

If you have this problem with only the main componets installed (aux stuff removed), it's most likely the board. You might want to try setting all parameters for CPU and Memory to manual, but leave them at stock settings. Try to change anything that is in "Auto" that you know how to set.
