Default ASRock Z77 Extreme6 and PCI-IDE Controller Card - causes hang at boot

So I just got my new rig build. Everything is working fine, except I have two old IDE HDD's which I would like to get working. Those two IDE HDD's were connected to my old system through PCI IDE Controller Card, because there was only one IDE port and that one I used for my DVD drive. The PCI IDE card worked just fine on my old system. When I insert the card to my PCI slot, on my new system, alone without even connecting the IDE cable and the HDD's, the system doesn't boot, it just simply gets stuck at black "dos screen" where the _ pointer blinks and stays there without booting to Windows. The Dr.Debugger gives me error code 62(Installation of the South Bridge Runtime Services).

So does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this or perhaps how to disable from SBRS installing at startup?

Any help will be appriciated :)
