ASRock X79 Extreme 6 No POST

Hello All

I have ASRock X79 Extreme 6 which is about 1 year old and I can't see no POST.
The motherboard is stuck on error code (dr. debug) 01.
Tried so far:
Replacing PSU.
Replacing RAM.
Removing all of fans, SATA.
Replacing Display Card.
Clearing CMOS.
When I remove all of the RAM, speaker is beeping and error code changes to 53.
When I insert RAM, no beeping and error code get stuck on 01.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried just 1 stick of ram at a time?
