ABIT has been successful in the P4 solutions with the TH7 and TH7-II RAID. This time round, ABIT is ready to deliver the ABIT BD7-RAID; providing the best combination using DDR as the cheaper alternative to RAMBUS.

The BD7-RAID comes in a new packaging shown below. The package comes with a CDROM supplying the drivers and Intel Application Accelerator.

In the next few pages, we will compare its performance with other P4 solutions using various chipsets from Intel (i850,i845), SiS (SiS645), ALi (ALiALADDiNP4) and VIA (P4X266) in the next few pages.
