A week ago, we receive a note from SiS telling us the possibility of increasing the performance of the reference board to make it 3-5% faster than before with new BIOS. Below are part of the email attachment

please re-work the Pull-High 4.7k resistor on AD21 signal in PCI bus. It can improve more than 3% system performance!

SiS gave more information about the modification by indicating that it's S33 that I should go for. By replacing the resistor of the 3-pad jumper to the 1-2 position (previously assumed to be 2-3), this will improve performance.
