BIOS Screen shots 1

You can disable auto AI overclocking by setting it to manual mode. Once manual mode is enabled, you can see the various options like Ratio control (ES), NB Strap, FSB frequency, PCIe frequency, DRAM frequency, DRAM timing controls

You can set the FSB Strap to North bridge to 200,266 or 333MHz. This option will be useful when you want to let the system think that you are using a 1066fsb processor but in fact you are using a 800fsb processor.

FSB Frequency ranges from 200 to 800MHz

PCIe frequency can be set to 150MHz

DRAM Frequency that can be set. DDR2-800 is most stable. DDR2-1066 is there but it isn't stable even when DDR2 voltage is bumped up to 2.2v + most relaxed timings used.
