The ASRock P55 Deluxe ATX mainboard comes with 3 full length PCe slot which can be used to run 2 or 3 way SLI or CrossFire. Behind the orange slots are the Audio codec, GbE and IO controller chip. To the right is the V16 power phase with a heatpipe attached on top. Surrounding it is the LGA1156 socket which fits Core i7/i5 Lynnfield processor.

Right below is the DIMM slots supporting up to 16GB of DDR3. The PCB also has the label DDR3-2600 showing support of such high speed ram through overclocking.

To it's left is the chipset attached with heatsink. The Debug LED and front panel connectors are found next to it. Other external connectors for the USB and 1394 external can be seen next to the FP conncetors. There are 6 SATA ports and 1 IDE channel on board.


 

The back panel consists of PS/2 keyboard and mouse, CLR CMOS, SPDIF analog and digital out, 1 eSATA port, 7 USB ports, 1 x 1394 and 2 x GbE and audio ports.
