The screen shots are taken with board installed with a Intel Core i7 965 (3.2GHz).

Main bios screen shot showing the CPU used, memory used on board. BIOS is P1.00 Under Smart BIOS, you can now simply load the Performance or Power Saving defaults. The settings are already optimised for the respective scenarios. You can also use EZ overclocking to load factory optimised settings for oc speeds or for DDR3-2000 settings. There is a ASRock instant Flash option for you to flash the BIOS by auto searching for the bios file in attached USB, eSATA or HDD
Here is how Instant Flash looks like. It will auto search the SATA drives for the BIOS file to be flashed. For CPU OC setting, the default ranges available are shown when the option is chosen.
Alternatively, you can choose to load optimised DDR3-2000 setting. High end ram modules may work with this option Other options available for tweaking. CPU Ratio(multipier), enhanced halt state etc.
