Last week we took a look at a Gigabyte microATX form factor board. Today, we take a look at a full blown ATX board solution based on the same chipset. As we have mentioned before, ASUS incorporate the 2OZ solution into their own line of products. This probably means the 2oz thing really helps to cool down the system. This mainboard comes with a 8+2 phase voltage design and supports the newer AM3 processors.

On board we can find 3 PCI, 2 full length PCIe 2.0 slots (grey in 4x, blue in 16x mode) and 1 PCIe x1 slot.  To it's right is the AMD 785G chipset with a 128M Sideport memory. The Xtreme phase mosfets are covered by the blue heatsink.

Furthur to the right we can see the 4 pin AUX power, Down below is the AM3 socket and 4 DDR3 slots. To it's left is the 5 SATA ports supported by SB710 with the 6th one acting as eSATA port at the back panel. There is one IDE channel. Next to it is the front panel connector, USB, 1394 external connectors. There are no push button switches for power, reset, clear cmos.

The back panel consists of keyboard, 6 USB ports, 1 optical SPDIF, 1 HDMI, 1 DSUB, 1 HDMI, 1 eSATA, 1 1394, 1 GbE and 8ch audio ports.
