The heatpipe is the heat transferring device that transfers the heat away from the GPU to the Fin Heatsink. The GPU Fan used is a high speed blower rated at 7200 RPM with side airflow effects to intake air from the top of the GPU to exhaust heat entirely from the board. It uses two ball bearing construction to reduce noise. 

The cover enclosing the fan is a plastic cover on board board which forms a vacuum sealed environment inside. It's own pressure removes heat completely from the board.

The diagram below shows the heatsink pipe connecting to the Copper Fin Heatsink arranged in a wide array of fins for faster and efficient dissipating of heat
