The 7VJL - a complete solution

Chaintech abandoned its traditional green packaging with a revamped golden/black packaging. If you have seen our Computex 2002 coverage, you probably already know that APOGEE is a new series that caters to the bulk of users who wants power at a good price. It comes complete with most of the necessary accessories making it a full complete package. Chaintech is also the FIRST company that bundles Round Cable with their package. This is a welcome move as it makes the casing less cluttered with cables. The package also comes with Body Theatre which promises true personal experience of surround sound with XeaR technology through the headphones using the Cmedia 6 ch chipset. 

Although Chaintech is late to deliver the KT333 board, they implemented the latest South Bridge VT8235 with USB 2.0 and ATA133. CBOX is also bundled with the package. It is a front panel with 4 USB 2.0 connectors and a MIC and Phone Jack.
