Benchmarking

We conduct the a number of tests on the setup with the following configuration :

Channelwell 375W AMD Approved PSU

Serious Sam Encounter 2

Serious Sam Encounter 2 is fast becoming another benchmark that is used by in most reviews. In our tests, we ran the benchmark at defaults. Both cards are run at default speeds.

We ran the test on the 4th Demo of the game - Sierra De Chiapas using the OpenGL driver in the game. High Quality is chosen for the benchmark. It looks like the ECS Xabre performs much better as compared to GF3 Ti200.

Using the same software, we now use the Direct3D driver and we noticed that the results are consistent and we see that Xabre 400 does posses better performance in this category. How well will it perform in other Direct3D benchmark? Let's continue.
