EPoX 8k9a2+ KT400 Gallery (3)
Overclocker 22 Oct 2002

BIOS screen shots

EPoX 8K9A2+ features quite a number of BIOS options. The CPU Clock can be adjusted from 100 ~ 255Mhz at 1 Mhz steppings. Watching Dog timer can be turned on so that if the system can't POST at high FSB initally (for overclocking), it will reset to defaults to POST. DRAM type, you can select DDR 266, 333, DDR 400 - this amounts to setting what Async DDR mode you are running at.

Voltage control wise, you can change the Vcore by adding up to +0.7v to the DIMM

As for Vcore you can select up to 2.000v

This BIOS has been programmed to suit users who likes to try their systems which most online editors test. When you set it to Ultra mode, it automatically set it to the most aggressive timings. CAS 2, 2-2-5, 8 etc as shown on the screen below. Do take note that the timing below might not work with well on certain rams that are not up to spec. In fact, we are unable to run our Corsair XMS3500CAS2 with 1T cmd, so we set it to 2T for stability as suggested by EPoX.
