Quake 3 Demo 1

Quake3 is probably the one of the most important software to be used for testing graphics cards. In our test, we ran the test at least 3 times to obtain a stable sustained result. In our chart, we compared the GF4 Ti4600, Chaintech GF3 Ti200 against an Gigabyte AP64-D ATi Radeon8500. In the charts. we can see that the Gigabyte AP64-D is better in performance compared to the GF3 Ti200. At 64MB, it also comes to the GF4 Ti4600 (128MB) when we overclock the card to 310/310. In fact, the card is still functioning properly at 310/310. At 315/315, it is still possible to run but the graphics breaks in certain scenes. In short, Gigabyte ATi Radeon8500 is 25% faster than GF3 Ti200 and is not far behind the GF4 Ti4600 by 18.29%
