VillageMark

This benchmark comes from PowerVR and is meant to show the benefits of the tile render architecture over the classic method used by most other chips. Let's see how this benchmark will perform for both ATi Radeon8500, nVIDIA Ti4600 and GF3 Ti200.

A difference of 29.7% between the two cards. The MSI GF4 Ti4600 scores much better than the ATi Radeon 8500. When we overclock the Radeon, the difference is 15%. Comparing it to GF3 Ti200, the difference is quite substantial. The Radeon8500 is 2x faster than the GF3 Ti200 according to Villagemark.
