AOPEN AX45-4D Max Dual Channel SiS 655 Review (3)
Bluetooth 15 Jan 2002

In our tests, we set it according to the timings below : CAS 2, 5-2-2, DRAM Addr/CMD rate we set it to 2T. When we set to 1T, the system is relatively unstable. As for the DRAM clk, you can select 200,266,333 or 400Mhz. We tried 400Mhz with SPD and pushing voltage of DDR to 2.7v, but the system just couldn't BOOT.

You can set the CPU BUS SPEED or FSB to a max. of 248Mhz (100~248 at 1Mhz interval). One thing to note is that the BIOS we used is R0.11b, it's hardly a production BIOS. We don't seem to be able to change or fix the PCI/AGP. The interesting result is that when I set it to 133Mhz, it reported a high AGP of 88mhz and a PCI of 44mhz. (we used a P4 1.8A->2.4)

CPU voltage : 1.1v ~ 1.85v at 0.025v interval
AGP Voltage : 1.5v, 1.53, 1.56 and 1.6v
DDR Voltage : 2.5v ~ 2.70v at 0.05v interval
