ASrock shakes the SIS bench with a combo board with PCI-E

At Hyatt, we saw the demo units of the K8 Combo board. This board features the SiS 755FX chipset and supports both Socket 939 and Socket 754 on the same mainboard. Paired with 965 south bridge, it supports PCI-E x 1. ASrock says that they will bundle a FREE Gigabit Ethernet PCI-E card to be used on PCI-E slot.

Below is a screen shot of the same board fixed with a Socket 754 and a Socket 939 CPU that ran from morning till evening without any problems. I thought it was vapourware until I see it with my own eyes.

According to ASrock, this board will have basic o/c features - not extensive but good enough. Other boards on display are the SiS 748, 755, 845PE etc.
