Bluetooth 13 Aug 2004

Gallery

The single chipset mainboard uses an active heatsink to dissipate the heat using a thermal pad. Next to it we can see 4 SATA ports next to it. 2 are supported by the NF3-Ultra chipset while the other two is via a Marvell chipset. There are 2 IDE ports and a DEBUG LED and floppy connector next to it. The VIA controller chipset is just below the PCI slots.

On the right hand bottom corner of the board we see 4 DIMM slots supporting up to 4GB of memory running in Dual Channel DDR400 mode.  On top of it is the infamous Socket 939.

The board also supports 5 PCI slots, 1 AGP. The board is based on a 3 phase design with separate +12v and ATx connector. We see the Gigabit Ethernet PHY.
