We ripped open the heatsink and found 8 pcs of 32MB DDR III rated at 1.6ns

The graphics card comes with 256M DDR III rated at 1.6ns. That means the RAM should be able to run at 625MHz. The cards default is 560MHz.

The Dual Graphics core - 2 x Geforce 6600 GT runs at 500MHz.
