DVD playback and CPU utilisation

The tests done by XGI reveals that when playing back using PowerDVD, Twister's CPU utilisation is 3% (min) - 10% (max) while playing back of ToToRo is 1% (min) - 8% (max). On WinDVD, Twiseter's CPU utilisation is 3% (min) - 10% (max) while playing back of ToToRo is 4% (min) - 11% (max).
