Introduction

Jetway 775GT2-LOG is the first NV based board that we got hold of that supports the new Core2 Duo / Extreme CPU. This board is based on thenew chipset NF 570 SLI Intel edition + MCP 430 south bridge.

775GT2-LOG supports the P4, Celeron D, Pentium D and Core 2 Duo 775 LGA package 533/800/1066 processors.

It comes with 2 DDR2 DIMM slots supporting up to a maximum of 4GB of memory. In terms of expansion slots, the board comes with three PCIe x16 length slots which will function as 2 x PCIex 8 (Dual green slots) or 1 x PCIe x16 (single yellow slot), depending on where you slot the graphics card. This saves you the trouble of swapping in / out of a peddle card in old designs to switch between SLI and NON SLI mode.

There is 2 PCI slot and 1 PCIe x1 for future expansion. Te board also has 2 PCIe IDE controller supporting ATA133 and 4 SATA ports supporting 3Gb/s and canbe configured to run in RAID 0,1,0+1.

The board comes with 4 USB on board + 4 more through extensions. It also has a Marvell 8*E1116 PCie GbE LAN , 8 Ch audio and SPDIF In/out at the back panel of the mainboard.

    CPU Thermal Throttling / The Anti-superheated CPU protection Technology

    To prevent the increasing heat from damaging of CPU while the activation of the Bi-turbo technology, the CPU Thermal Throttling Technology will make CPU be idling from 87.5% to 12.5% by manually preset CPU operating temperature from 40oC to 90oC.
