Nokia Internet Tablet N800

It comes with 128 MB of RAM. Flash 256MB, 128 MiniSD with extender included in sales package Two internal memory card slots, compatible with SD, MicroSD, MiniSD, MMC, and RS-MMC. Compatible with cards up to 2GB. Configurable up to 4GB. 

The unit comes with a web browser (Opera 8) with Flash player (v7). It works has various applications pre installed.
