Sandra XII Benchmarks of DFI LP UT 790FX-M2R AMD 790FX chipset mainboard Review
Bluetooth 27 Nov 2007

Benchmarks

We test out the system using Sandra XII benchmarks comparing the 790FX based DFI versus a AMD 770 based board from ECS. We used a X2 5000+ Black edition on both boards.

Sandra XII tests

From the chart, we tested the Arithmetic and multimedia performance of the CPU. As the speed on the two AMD boards are at 200.0MHz and 200.0MHz, we would expect some minor differences in scores.

If you notice, the memory benchmark scores are pretty high. The DFI LP UT 790FX was running at DDR2-1066 while the ECS A770M-A was only operable in DDR2-800 mode.
