We have seen many AMD 780G boards in full ATX size factor in the past. The AMD 785G being merely an upgraded version of the 780G would definitely tap this form factor as it makes it an affordable and flexible solution for manufacturers. AMD 785G paired up with the SB710 south bridge makes it possible. Most importantly, it inherits some of the best of SB750, that is the AOD ACC feature. With the Phenom II X3 710 and 720 processors and BIOS, it can easily enable the 4th core of the processor giving a 33% boost in performance. (See picture below with task manager showng 4 core for Phenom II X3 710).

Features wise, this board has what most AMD 785G board provides. As it is a full ATX board, it has the flexibility to support 2 external graphics card in CrossFire X (16+4). It also supports Hybrid CrossFire which is seldom used these days.

The unique features include a  8+2 phase power design, EPU, Express Gate, Q-Fan, CrashFree BIOS3, Mylogo2, ezflash 2. For overclockers, there is Turbo V utility which you can tune the voltages and clocks within Windows. There is GPU NOS for auto overclocking your GPU, turbo key for one key overclocking. There are also large ranges of voltage and clock adjustments in the BIOS.

Overclocking features wise, this board has large range of selections where you can choose from. Using the default multiplier of 13X and CnQ turned off. We managed to reach a 255MHz x 13 or 3.3GHz. That is voltages pushed higher than it's default and async memory set lower to ensure memory is not the bottleneck in the oc test.
