MicroATX form factor boards are always well liked by many. This seems to be the case when small but powerful systems can be built without spending on a high end graphics card (save it for upgrade). This mainboard comes with a 4+1 phase voltage design and supports the newer AM3 processors.

The board comes with 2 PCI, 1 full length PCIe 2.0 x16 and 1 x PCIe x1 slot. Behind the slots are the audio codec, GbE chipset. At the centre beneath the heatsink is the AMD 785G north bridge, the heatsink also covers the sideport memory. To it's right is the CPU socket.

On the right bottom of the board are 4 DIMM slots supporting 4 x DDR2-1066 (max 16GB in total). Below it is the 24 pin connector, a IDE slot. The south bridge is on it's left and there are 5 SATA II ports (6th is at the back as a eSATA connector). There is one IDE channel (green) and floppy connector (white).

The back panel consists of PS/2 mouse/keyboard, D-Sub, DVI-D, HDMI, S/PDIF In/out, GbE, 1394, eSATA and audio channel ports.
