Sagem MyX-6 Review
Sifis 25th August 2003

Sagem MyX-6

As the years pass by, many things have changed in our lives.

If we look ourselves few years ago, for sure we will see many major differences!

We have newer cars with better capabilities. We have modern devices that make our lives easier and many other things. Things as Telephones.

Few years ago, having a mobile phone was a luxurious matter. I still recon the Motorola Microtalk series. Huge and heavy as a brick with practically no capabilities.

Years have passed since then and we have seen many great improvements of technology! Motorola started the game and many followed. Everyone knows those huge telephone companies that do exist. These companies as Nokia, Siemens, Panasonic and the recent formed Sony Ericsson are all well reputed as they produce a mass amount of various cell phone designs!

Few time ago we saw a mass show of new tech telephones, all packed with great capabilities. At the beginning there was Sony Ericsson T68i,Motorola 720i, we saw the marvellous Panasonic GD87,the Nokia 3650 etc. After the full attack by Samsung and other manufacturers, competition is heating up and day by day we see new models, trying to get their position in our lives. All the major companies were showing their best models and everyone was looking at them.

The French Competitor!

All of a sudden a new competitor came in town! The forgotten by many people Sagem is back! And it strikes hardly! Sagem presented a full series of cell phones, modern, cheap having everything that someone might demand! Sagem MyX-3 ,MyX-5m and the high end MyX-6 !

Luckily we got it in our hands,

So now we present you the high-end French Competitor!

SAGEM myX-6

From a first look it seems as a full featured phone. It surely attracts the eye so lets have a closer look.

SAGEM myX-6 comes with a large 65K TFT screen. The first thing to do was to compare it with my friends Sharp GX10 screen. Well Sagem has much more clear screen. From a first look it looks slightly better than Panasonic GD87 screen too. Personally I compare it only with the marvellous screen of Samsung V200.Clear,colourful and bright!
