The BIOS

In the Performance Configuration, you can change a number of options. They include Overall Performance Mode, DREAM Timing, Refresh Period Control , CPC etc. In our setup, we set it to run in Fast++ mode with the standard CAS 2, 5-2-2 You can also just select the Fast+++ mode if you wish to configure it to the fastest CAS 2,4-2-2
DRAM Ratio means whether you want to run the memory async to the CPU FSB. As we are using P4 3.0 which is a 800MHz (200MHz FSB) CPU, we set it to DDR400 so that we run it in SYNC mode or another other ratios to run it in Async mode. We set our Refresh Period Control to Aggressive to make it run at its fastest possible speed.

CPC is set to 1T Addressing for the fastest performance.
