The board comes with 3 PCI, 1 PCI-Ex1, 2 PCI-Ex16 and 1 Elite Bus Slot for the upgrade slot. Although there are 2 PCI-E x 16 slots, it is not meant for "SLI". During installation, the second slot (nearer to the CPU) is used for PCI-E graphics card. When the SIMA A9S card is slotted in the purple slot, its heatsink would have blocked the PCI-E graphics slot. The graphics card should be slotted into the first PCI-E x16 orange slot next to the PCI slots. The North Bridge SIS 656 is hot to touch, an active heatsink with fan is recommended if you intend to run it at aggressive timings.

On the bottom we see 6 SATA ports. The two red SATA ports support SATA II+NCQ supported by the SiliconImage Sil3132 chipset running on PCI-Ex1. The 4 orange SATA ports are supported by the SiS 965 south bridge. There are also two BIOS, one for the LGA775 and the other is for the upgrade slot. Next to it is the 4 slots of DDR2 slots supporting up to DDR2-667.

The back panel consists of PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse, LPT, COM ports, 4 USB 2.0,  1394, GbE and 8 ch audio connectors.
