From the chart above, it can be clearly seen that there seems to be more advantage running in SPD mode than to run it in CAS 3. One thing we do notice is that, when we run it at CAS 3, the multithreaded tests performs slightly better in Audio compressions, file compression, image decompression.

The interesting result is probably Memory latency for Random 16M. It seems that it is faster to run at CAS 5 then in CAS 3.
