Samsung launched its first HSDPA phone a few weeks back. The SGH-Z560 is the first mobile broadband phone powered by HSDPA technology as it is can attain a max speed of 1.8MBps, that is almost on par with the entry level broadband speed by the ISPs.

At 1.8Mbps, that is almost 5x the speed of current 3G phones, it will be able to deliver stunning data speed for the consumer. As a modem, it can wireless connect to your notebook using Bluetooth or if you prefer, you can use the supplied USB cable which also serves as a battery charger.

As a high end phone, this phone comes with a 2 mega pixel camera with auto focus. It also has a second camera for video call. On the multimedia front, the integrated music player supports the playback of the following formats (MP3/ AAC/ AAC+/ e-AAC+/ RA) through its Dual speakers (3D stereo sound).

Z560 also comes with front panel Illuminating light with touch music control keys. You can also stream the audio through bluetooth to your bluetooth stereo headset  (A2DP/ A/V RCP).

PictBridge & Bluetooth™ printing is supported if you want to print the capture photos via a Bluetooth capable printer.

In terms of security, this phone comes with uTrack mobile tracker.  uTrack can configured to send a SMS and information of the foreign SIM card inserted if your phone. This allows the owner to track down who picked up your phone and is using it.

The phone also has Privacy Lock (for video, messages, images, contacts and call records) which allows you to ensure data is secured.
