Editing Excel Document co-authoring with Excel Web App from SkyDrive

You can now collaborate online to edit an excel file. You can invite your colleague on Windows messenger with a hyperlink and allow him to dynamically change the data over the internet without any exchange server. This is useful for multiple users preparing a document together. It is free for all Windows Live users. e.g. in law firms. For enterprises, this can also be done with security with MS SharePoint.

OneNote

The same applies to OneNote. You would be able to share your unstructured data with your friends to post comments, edit etc with your permissions set for the particular user.
