Introduction

Following the success of the 775i915PL-SATA2, ASrock introduces an environmental friendly RoHS mainboard 775i915P-SATA2. This mainboard, inherits the best of 775i915PL-SATA2 and expands on its feature set. Based on the Intel 915P chipset, the board supports the LGA775 P4 processors (non Dual Core). Something cool about this board is that it now supports 2 DDR400 slots and 4 DDR2 slots. As usual, it comes with the Jmicron SATAII controller on this board. A total of 5 SATA SATA HDDs can be attached to the mainboard (4 SATA, 1 SATA II).

On top of that, there are two PCIe slots (1 x PCIe x16 + 1 x PCIe x 4). It can be used for surround view or CrossFire enabled. How about SLI with a 16x+4x combination? Check it out in the rest of the review. Below are the specifications of the board.
