Conclusion

Although we have seen cards that had a similar functionality, they are proprietary and works only with certain mainboards by the manufacturers. Gigabyte GN-BC01 is small and featured packed just like its own series of wireless routers. In fact, you are getting as almost complete solution with less clutter on your desktop  compared to the conventional ones.

In my test setup, I have connected to it from my PDA and notebook, both 802.11b and 802.11g. Data transfer between this wireless router is just as good as the traditional power plugged ones.

Overall, a nice innovative product from Gigabyte.
