Removing the cooler reveals the PhysX die. It's quite huge at 182mm^2. Adequate generic thermal paste was applied by the factory. I could not help replacing it with some Artic Silver 3. :)

The heatsink surface could do with some lapping as the finishing wasn't really smooth.
