The 2 pieces of Kingston memory module are mounted onto the Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6 for the tests. To maximise its performance, we ran our X6800 processor at 8x400MHz, that is, the memory module will run at DDR2-800, in SYNC with the CPU. A Radeon HD 2600XT graphics card is paired up to test the impact on graphics performance.

First we check out the latecy and bandwidth in SiSoft Sandra XI.

The screen shot below is the Kingston KHX64002ULK2 at work. Running the processor and ram module at rated speed. It memory latency of 97ns in contrast to Corsair DDR2-800 at CAS 5-5-5-15,2T at 109ns.

Taking a look at its bandwidth, the Kingston pair has better memory bandwidth at 6607/6710 whereas the Corsair at CAS 5 only have 6361/6267. That is almost 4% difference.
